Xtermite Inc conned my wife on January 31, 2017 to pay $1985.00 for drywood termite treatments and preventatives. The actual treatment consisted of an inspection which stated that 75% of the exterior facia and rafter tails were rotted and damaged, and some treatment with "orange oil" that took approximately one hour and thirty minutes by one technician. XTermite did a fantastic job. They answered all of my questions. Both the inspector that came out to give me the quote and the technician who did the work were very professional and down to earth. I would recommend their service.

This company did a great job! I didn't realize how long the process would take and I had an appointment in the afternoon. When I shared this with the receptionist, she said she would try to get one or two more technicians out at no extra charge. She did and the job was done two hours before my appointment. The techs were very knowlegeable, professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed.They were fantastic!

This was our first annual inspection after the initial service. All aspects of the process, from scheduling to the on-site inspection were great. These people understand what makes good customer service. Glad we used them and highly recommend.
