Very professional and knowledgeable, presented information in a direct understandable manner each step of inspection and then treatment. Pictures were taken of the termite presence in attic and I was shown same evidence around exterior of home and out structures. Given a solid quote that did not change when treatment was complete. Recommend to anyone in *******************, because termites are just part of living here.

I have been with ********* for 5 years now and have been very pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism. The orange oil lives up to its promises and I appreciate not having to deal with toxic tenting.
We had Xtermite apply a preventative wood treatment to an ADU under construction. We thought that they would use a proprietary product that required a license to apply. They used ***-Bor which is non toxic, easy to spray and available, inexpensively, at Amazon. It took one man several hours to spray all the surfaces. Any homeowner with a sprayer could accomplish the job. They charged the outrageous price of $2,875. Buyer Beware! - ****
XTermite was a pleasure to work with. Professional, thorough, and courteous. I was kept appraised of what they were doing, and why, every step along the way. They called beforehand to confirm appointment time, and they were on time!

Today, 7-14-2022 we had Xtermite, *** treat our house for termites. We chose them because we wanted a non-toxic solution and we are pleased that we called them. ****** was the technician doing the work. He arrived on time, extremely knowledgeable and polite and he carefully informed us of the process. He also took the time to explain the 3 year warranty and what our responsibilities are.
