I have used Xtermite years ago in a previous home, so when we actually saw termites swarming inside the house, I knew who to call. Fast and easy! The service technician was knowledgeable and friendly. We have a toddler and a dog so this was the best option for us to take care of our termite problem.

A few years ago I was not send a renewal notice for 3 years. I was on dialysis and got a kidney transplant then, and wasn't top of things. By the time I got back on things they canceled my account. WhenI wanted to get a inspection, I had to renew an pay money to do so. The next couple of years, I didn't get a report. I called, and was send the most recent report. Now everything is back to normal. For a couple of years I didn't have and kick outs.
Everyone we worked with provided exceptional customer service. Would recommend ********************** to anyone.
We would use them again! They follow up and reinspect the house.
