Xtermite employee came out for the *Free inspection. He was knowledgeable and friendly but appeared confused when I requested or asked about the report of his findings from the inspection. Even provided him with an email address on his blank inspection paperwork. NO computer generated report was provided, even after calling and emailing customer service.
