The ONLY Choice for Urgent Wildlife Issues: Xtermall and Dwayne I had a fantastic experience with Xtermall, thanks to Dwayne. We had raccoons in the ceiling, and my priority was getting them out now, not weeks from now. I did my due diligence and got three additional quotes. Great company. Had a pest problem dwayne came out assured me the problem would be take care of. As of now i dont see any pest. Life time warranty really gives you a peace of mind. Would higly reccommend dwayne and his team!

Not the first time I called Dwayne. This time for rats and wasps / yellowjackets The wasps came back after 2 days and he came back and deal with the problem. Great customer service and friendliness

My wife and I are very thankful that we chose Xtermall to handle the pest problem we were having. Their response time, communication, and attention to detail in their work were excellent. While here to solve the problem we knew about, they were also able to identify other areas of concern we were unable to see from the ground. We're so glad they were here to help, and to prevent future property damage.
