We got the pleasure to have xterma pest control send out Mark. He arrived a few minutes early. Was very respectful, and professional. He explained everything that he would use and the area he was going to treat. Its been a little less than 24 hrs, and we have already seen a huge difference. Will be using this company in the future, and will be referring my friend and co-workers to Mark.

Dean with xterma was nothing but helpful. When you discover bed bugs in your home the last thing you need is extra stress. They got back to me in a timely matter and set up the first treatment with in days. Unlike other pest control companies I contacted, at no point did I feel financially taken advantage of or belittled. Very grateful the peace of mind I have knowing I'm bug free. Thank you xterma!!

These folks are just fantastic. Anytime I call, they are right on the money and call back and schedule an appointment usually for within a day. Their professionalism and knowledge could not be better. I feel comfortable leaving them alone in my home to spray (as I take me and my dog away) because they are reliable and trustworthy. Don't bother calling anyone else. I made that mistake once and will never call anyone else again.
