I just started working out here 2 mo. ago and I love it! The teachers are very skilled and the workouts are challenging. I have gained strength and love how it is also a mindful practice that also teaches body awareness and good posture.

I would definitely recommend Xtend Barre Beaverton to everyone! The instructors are great and the workout is intense but can be modified for any fitness level. The class sizes are small and have a variety exercises so you don't get bored. If you're looking for a fun, really great workout in a friendly environment this is the place!

The facility is spotless and cute. The instructors are great. They offer a variety of classes. The barre class is intense!

The Xtend Barre workout is like no other I have experienced! It's always challenging which keeps me interested and always a great balance of dance technique and "working out". This is all made possible by a line up of fantastic, patient and inspiring instructors and staff. Added to all this goodness is Xtend Barre's robust schedule/offerings which means I can always find classes to fit in to my week.

I would strongly recommend the classes and instructors and Xtend Barre. The workout is fun, effective, and challenging. The instructors and staff are friendly and greet you - always remembering your name. I like that they aren't afraid to suggest areas to challenge you on the Barre, as well as point out corrections. There's a variety of classes including Barre, Yoga, and Barre Stick. My only suggestion would be to limit the number of students per class.
