Great place to come for community, motivation, and a great work out!
WOW! My sister had a birthday party for her daughter here (turning 10) We had the absolute best experience and would highly recommend to everybody! Phil was an exceptional host catering to both the children and interested adults alike! I had a blast, my 3 children had a blast (ages 13,10,4), as well as everybody at the party!! Highly recommend! 5 star parties!

The most high energy workout you will ever experience... Tremendous camaraderie between the participants with a creative entertaining leader... The workouts are geared toward family and everyone would enjoy it... Highly recommend!!
