What a loooooooser ! Owner is a as-wad and full blown Qeur . Unless your black at that joint unjust paying money for no reason other then smoke and mirrors . Most physical instructors got some type of certification posted on the wall!
I was with another workout program for 5 years, I loved it but was looking for something to help me level up in my fitness! I have now been at XSports and absolutely love it! Brandon always has great, challenging and detailed workouts to help us become better athletes! I highly recommend giving it a try! 💪🏼
This is not a typical gym. The workouts are never average, they never mimic a previous workout and are always written with extreme detail, creativity and expertise! I have experienced different gyms in the Conroe/Willis area and nothing compares to the level of quality you will receive at XSports. Over the past couple of years I have seen major improvement in my form, flexibility and ability in movements that were once almost impossible!
