Recommended1st time going to this Gym to meet my trainer and all the guys were super friendly. greeted me with smiles and helped me around the gym. my trainer was very helpful when it came to explaining all the excersices to me and what each one did. (Im still new to the gym ect..) I have bad knees and switch excersices that will be easy on me. Maybe the one thing I would complain will be the girl's bathroom/locker room...it really needs an upgrade..with Lockers that are more new..cleaner bathrooms.

RecommendedFrom a bodybuilding stand point it’s actually the best 24/hr gym around in my opinion. A million times better the UFC for bodybuilders or physique athletes or average joes trying to get in shape. UFC better for fighters. Gym can be messy but it’s 24hrs. The staff does what they can. It’s not too bad. That’s part of a 24hour gym. They have a great selection of free weights and machines with all the hammerstrength machines anyone could ask for. Good gym and great price. I have been an on and off member of XSport for 10 years. I decided to come back because of the daycare and the ability to view my child with ease. The first time I dropped my 20 month off there was over 15 kids and one daycare attendant. Needless to say he did not last very long. The second time I brought him in non peak hours and no one was there. The attendant had no desire to play or interact with my child. This is very disappointing as I left my current gym to come back here.

this gym is a hot mess... I get on several treadmills and almost everyone I got on made weird noises and two wouldn't even operate correctly.. I had to be seperate from my friend. I was a guest as well and was told I could not work out because its 4am and guests cant come that early. I wish when my friend signed up they would of told her this, because she would of never signed up!!! I just dont get the time limit on guests, makes no sense at all. so I'm very upset about the guest times. Also gym didnt seem very clean.
Racist and discriminating employees. There are better gyms out there.
