The assistant manager Vanessa needs some serious training on how to keep her attitude checked while trying to deescalate situations. This is BY FAR the worse customer service I have ever simce ( and I used to work for rent a center). Billy the general needs more training while their at it too. One of the most neglegent and condescending places I have ever interacted with.

RecommendedLooking for Gym...walked in and knew it was gonna be home away from home. Was honest that I couldn’t afford the sign up fee but my physical health is important to me and I miss my workout. Casey a team member gave me a tour information about the packages understood my situation and said the Xsport Fitness places your health first and this is a need not a want!!
