I really enjoy this gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful, Danisha, Jenny, Jay , Mario, Greg, just to mention a few always greet us with a smile. The personal trainers are always ready to help you. Gym is very spacious and clean, including the bathroom s and sauna. The X It training class is super, love Jenn's enthusiasm. Love Body pump; Verdi brings the Caribbean beat to Zumba; Javier brings the best on Body Attack; Ron doesn't let you quit on Boot Camp. I'm working on my new year resolution at this place!
we've been here for a month now. Gave up a couple minor things at our previous gym but this place has what we need, its kept clean, other members re-rack their weights, and the staff is AMAZING - love them all. I joined their X-IT training and burn an average 435 per 50 min session.
