I've been coming to this location since 2001 and have seen it evolve, some changes for the better and others, well not so good. I like the variety of workout stations, free weights, and many miscellaneous exercise apparatuses. The staff is very friendly and they lead by example as they continue to improve upon their own Fittness levels right there in the gym. Great location and great gym. The staff is very friendly and works very well with getting me on track to a healthier life. The one staff member cliff has been very helpful as well getting me to take this serious and it is much appreciated.

I love going to the gym I can tan I can work out very friendly staff very helpful pretty clean gym

I echo the comments on the bathroom. Maybe they need to focus on this because it is often a problem. I don't get the feeling the staff really gives a ____ about it either. With all the complaints about it, if they did, it wouldn't be an on going issue. Would it?

The equipment here was old, bathroom smelled like like urine. Cramped. Was not comfortable there at all. Darien location is much nicer.

I've been going to this gym since it was a power house gym. The main and only reason is it is 2 minutes from my house. The bathroom is always nasty and their equipment management guy has no clue what he's doing. Half the cable machines have way to much slack in them so you don't get a full range of motion on them. The staff is friendly and good people but the gym itself could use some improvements.
