I am going to XSport on a daily basis to get my health and weight in order. I recommend the marvelous trainers to help with your training and guidance needs. They are supportive.

I used to love Xsport. Its where I started my fitness journey years ago. I left them about 4-5 yars ago due to membership costs and found something more cost effective for me. I spent a large amount of time in the Crestwood gym when I was a member and it was always clean kept up and in shape.I I walked in to consider a membership again and the parking lot and building itself were filthy. My membership was cancelled due to overcrowding and unknowledgeable employees (I paid for tanning, yet NO employee could ever set it up!) Upon asking how I cancel, the employee says, "Giving up already?" SERIOUSLY? NO, it's due to THAT right there. Rude, incompetent employees.
