RecommendedEverything I like it cause it’s closer to my home the only problem that I have I came in to pay a bill and could nobody help me they said my account was due I wanted to pay in cash but no one know how to work the machine that I will be able to pay so I wouldn’t have this negative on my record
they need to clean their equipment, enforce gym etiquette, pick up weights, and they should probably remember its 2019 not 1980 its crazy you have to send a letter to cancel your membership, its wild

If I could rate this place no stars, I would. My husband was a member of this gym for awhile. Unfortunately, he developed seizures which led to a diagnosis of brain cancer. I called the gym to notify them his membership needed to be cancelled. They told me he personally needed to come in and cancel. When I told them of the situation, they said an email documenting the cancer and seizures would suffice. I had my husband's neuro-oncologist write a letter. RecommendedThis is hands down the best gym in the city. They have pretty much all the amenities you could think of then some.
RecommendedLove this Xsport Location! I am here every week on Friday, as I teach a Zumba Class here. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The Manager Steve seems to be very connected to the community here in Bolingbrook and always ready to be of service. I have witness him have great motivating conversations with members and our youth. Keep it going.
Just went to facility...duty manager was very rude ...Attitude was like i was bothering him..poor customer service..I have had an issue with the billing for 2 months..no satisfaction
