A DUMP of a gym, but VERY convient hours – First off, it's NOT Powerhouse Total Fitness anymore, it's XSport Fitness. I was around this place when it first opened in the late 90s. Back then, there wasn't anything fancy like a basketball court or pool or anything like the modern gyms do these days. Fast forward to the present and the only thing they "improved" is installing tanning rooms for "tans" and probably for those "SPECIAL Services" from the front desk "saff". Just like those "McGyms" like Ballys and this company, they'll do ANYTHING for a sale, even use fear tactics if possible. But for me, this is the only gym that has the hours I need (which are usually late nights) and, obviously, has the basics to get me in shape. Recently they received some brand new tredmills, resurfaced the floor of their one and only workout studio, and installed brand new cable pull apparatuses (those ones you can do cable exercises with) and leg machines, but that's not good enough. As more XSports are being built with basketball courts, steam rooms, saunas, and pools, this one is falling WAY behind and nothing's being done. They REALLY need to just close the place down for at least a month and rebuilt the place to catch up with their newly built stores.
