Great place to work out and friendly faces. Staff is very supportive
I love going to this place to work out. It always seems like there are machines available even when it is super packed. The gym is always fun to play 5 on 5, however sometimes the wait can be very long on a busy night. The staff seems to be friendly, I don't know where most of these people writing reviews have felt that the staff is not friendly. I do however, think their training staff is not that professional though.
Misleading fees and high pressure sales tactics are a real turn off! Also make it difficult to quit. Go elsewhere!

yes they are scammers – Been on the phone all day trying to get my daughters money back. She signed up for a membership and somehow they are pulling money out of her account for personal training. She told them she'd try it for the free session and would consider it afterwards. She is overdrawn 500 bucks. The corporate office played games with me all day and said she needs to get a letter from her doctor to get a refund. Mean spirited evil hood winkers!
READ BEFORE JOINING – As a person who is nery knowledgable about the Xsport Fitness in South Barrington I believe I can speak about this club from a different aspect. First, on a good note, the club is new and the machines are well maintained. Furthermore, the crowd never gets packed, so you can always get on the equipment. Favorite Gym – This is the first and only gym I have been to after college and I love it. It's 24 hours, there is tons of equipment, and there are tanning beds right in the building. Can't wait to go work out tonight!
Cant cancell a membership !! – here we go again! The bastards charged me again! Even i sended a letter a trhree weeks ago, even i was promised my membership is cancelled and i have a recorded call (that i'll use it now! ) They still charged me. I mean what kind of business you are? Fraud ! Scam! Wait for my lawyer now, ok?
The Biggest Scam !!! – I tried to cancell my month-month membership and i was told i should write a letter to corporate office. This guys have listed 3-4 addreses as corporate, scam !!! Then they tell you we don't have the letter and they charge you again and again. I have to say this guys are wery unproffecional and have worst customer "service". i suggest everybody who wnt to cancel their memberships to cancel their cards that they have on file. otherwise you cant.
