I don't normally do this, but I went in to cancel my membership today. The gentleman working up front was rude. He interrupted me twice, and then was rude to a fellow employee who was attempting to make small talk with me. I actually heard him make a "shh" sound at the young lady. It wasn't a good look. I like the gym, but employees should be mindful that they are the face of the business.

RecommendedIt’s cheap and has a lot of machines. Has nice locker rooms. Pool and hot tubs are nice. It’s just always super dirty. It’s probably the dirtiest gym I have been in.
I been to several of the LA fitness locations in the Twin Cities. The location has the cleanest locker rooms and showers and the manager really cares about his location. 5 stars!
