I moved out so this review may be dated. However I am moving again and was reminded to write my experience for others to be warned. I lived here for 2 years, there’s basically no amenities like pool or hot tub. So for luxury apt pricing I would expect more. You pay for the building common spaces in your rent too, so beware. Wouldn't recommend this management company to a friend, and would go with a different building/company in the future. I walked through the apartment prior to move-in and they done a superficial cleaning so the unit looked okay pre-move in. I had incorrectly assumed the landlord had done a standard deep-clean and turnover. On day of move-in, as I opened a box to unpack, I realized the cabinets hadn't been wiped down or cleaned. I have lived here for over a year and I love this place. I have had zero issues overall. You get what you pay for! I use the fire pits, the coffee on the second floor and the grills. As long as you place any issues into the online maintenance portal then they fix it asap. I have never had to wait. If I put in a request at 5 pm, the next day its fixed and they shoot me an email sayin "done".
