I had my roots all grown out because I didn't touch them all summer. Sonia did my roots all wrong. First their was a batch of root she missed. 2nd all my hair started breaking off from where the past bleached hair meet the newly bleached roots. I just feelt so bad with my hair,so I go to schedule a touch up on the root she missed and she didn't respond to my messages.
