There is nothing better than going into a store, or calling them on the phone, and the people there know what they're talking about and are willing to help! I dropped off my pc desktop a few weeks back to have windows 7 installed on it. They were quick and able to answer any of my questions related to the install. Just today I called and spoke to Mike. My daughter went in to have her laptop check for virus's and malware. She came out with her laptop disappointed saying the gentleman inside quoted her over $300.00 to do this. He also stated she needed a few other things. I stopped by and sat in the car because I thought the owner Randy was honest. He was not there.
