Got a quote from these guys due to having a new puppy and having to get urine out of the carpet. I was quoted $100 which included the pet urine and odour treatment. The guy got here and told me I would have to pay $199 for their American clean or the stains wouldn't come out. I insisted on the original quote as I didn't have the money to get the higher price. My carpets were quite stained. The carpets came up worse as stains did not really come out and the carpet was not dried properly and I am now left with big water streaked stains (see photo). Carpet is worse than it was before. Carpets stayed wet for days. Lounge came up ok. Professionalism and organisation terrible. Guys were fantasti, friendly and extremely professional. Did an amazing job, looks like I have a new lounge. Carpets look cleaner then when I moved in, thanks guys! Very affordable rates.
