Extremely disappointed with the experience from this company. First, timeframe to receive cabinets was longer than initially agreed on with full payment of invoice. Additionally cabinets displayed manipulates customers to believe color of cabinets are one color all around only to receive cabinets and the color on the inside and shelves was completely a different color. Pésimo lugar, sin responsabilidad ni respeto por el dinero de los clientes. Vine a comprar un pantry y, después de pagar por el artículo, me informaron que el almacén había cerrado hacía 23 minutos (cierran a las 4 pm). Que los dos trabajadores que estaban presentes no podían entregarme el mueble en ese momento porque “estaban muy ocupados”, y me dijeron que debía regresar al día siguiente. I walked in to ask for assistance for a quote because I was interested in purchasing cabinets for my kitchen and the interaction from the minute we walked in was negative. The guy was annoyed that we were there and was speaking to me sarcastically. I didn’t feel welcome so I left. Heads up, it’s probably because they sell to contractors and not the general public (as he shared with me) avoid them at all costs.
Exelentes precios y calidad. He comprado varias veces y nunca he tenido problemas.
