The massage chairs are amazing, especially after we got unexpectedly deplaned and delayed. However, this review is for Relando and Tiana who provided exceptional kindness and support in helping us find a phone that was massaged out of a pocket and into the chair. Such a great experience and we're so thankful to them both!

I highly recommend you treat yourself while in Terminal A DFW. The foot massage was fantastic!
I had a while before my flight and decided to get a manicure since they were right there. I walked in and asked for a manicure, and the first lady I spoke to was sitting there doing nothing, and told me to ask the other girl if she could do it. I asked the other girl, who was giving someone a foot massage, and she shook her head no and said she couldn't. I was completely turned off by their lack of attention or service. There's no one at the front to welcome you or ask what you're looking for. Don't waste your time.
Carlos was really great! I felt entirely different coming out of here versus when I came in. Worth doing on a stressful travel day in and out of DFW!
