I had one of the worst 15 minute massages of my life. The massage therapist, Matt Jackson, adjusted the chair poorly, and the bridge of my nose was crushed into the face cradle. He then proceeded to do my right side fairly well, but he must have midjudged the amount of time that he was doing my massage, because he NEVER DID MY LEFT SIDE...and just to put icing on the cake, he gave me a bear hug around the massage chair apparatus, and crushed my face further into the cradle and hurt my neck.
