Great Massage - Great Service – I had an unexpected 4 hour wait in the airport so decided to take advantage of the time and get a massage. The location in the JetBlue terminal does not have the space for private rooms to give a full body massage so I opted for a 1/2 hour neck and back chair massage and 1/2 hour foot massage. I was highly skeptical of a chair massage in a public location but the masseuse was excellent and I felt so relaxed afterward. She also did a great job on the foot and leg massage. Terrible Service – Honestly I did NOT enjoy my experience at Xpres Spa in JFK Airport in NY. I asked for a French Manicure, and I assumed that I could pick out two different colors, since the woman handed me tons of options. I pick a dark and light pink, and then she tells me I can only choose pink and white for the manicure. I then chose a VERY VERY light pink, and she snatched the bottle away from me and said it was "too pink".
