Friendly helpful. I really needed a manicure and was hoping to squeeze it in between flights - I bee-lined for xpres and was greeted by a concierge and added to the waitlist. The weather was terrible and everyone's flights were delayed so the spa was packed. Lisa was moving people through as efficiently as possible, got me in, did a wonderful job on my French manicure and got me to my next flight! Great place to find a relaxing moment in the very busy Denver International Airport. I like that the express spa and very many retail product purchase to make your flight very relaxing and or a layover less stressful. Bobcat they have natural lavender sprays and natural essential oil products to help people relax. They also have some very good shoulder support pillows, eye Masks and other items to make traveling less stressful.
