Punctuality--The driver arrived 30 minutes early. Courtesy--The driver was extremely courteous and helped us load and unload our bags with ease. Quality of car--An immaculately clean Escalade The drive--Very safe and smooth Miscellaneous--The car comes with multiple bottles of water and a large stash of mints. I got a text when the driver arrived and a thank you text when the driver left. Overall--A very professional service!
We used XPRESSLIMO SERVICE for our airport transfers and it was a great experience. The drivers where on time and took good care of us. There was water waiting for us, and the cars where very nice. They got us back and forth very quickly avoiding most of the heavy traffic. So glad I didn't have to drive myself.
Scheduled a pickup from JFK. The driver was courteous and professional, we were a group of four, he was right on time and helped with our luggage. I would definitely use them again.
We have been using this car service for about 3 years now and have never had a problem. Cars are clean. Drivers are always early. Booking is simple. Travel is safe. Drivers are very helpful and always courteous. Prices are reasonable. Can't think of any reason to use another service.
Good service, tried plenty of companies and they've either shown up late, dirty car or just a rude driver. Xpresslimo just took my business for every time I travel from now on and need a car service. They're nice all around and the car is so nice. Spacious black suburbans. Feel very valued sitting in such a comfortable car. I recommended them to my family and friends and i highly recommend them to you!
Great ride. HUGE car. He keeps it very clean and smelling good. The driver was a very courteous gentleman and I arrived at my destination promptly. He keeps treats and water for customers which is always appreciated.
Very professional Car Service company. After trying regular Airport taxi transportation in New York, I decided it was worth it to spend the extra money on a real Limousine service. Xpresslimo is the way to go for important Business trips, cabs just wont cut it.
