I absolutely love my experience at Salon! Their service is top-notch, and they truly care about 100% customer satisfaction. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and valued. I’ve been to Xpressions before and had a good experience over all. More recently, I called to book an appointment for someone else, and unfortunately the customer service was not good. The receptionist on the phone was not polite, nor was she well mannered. This experience led to me cancelling my appointment.
Rafael and Nancy at Xpression have been doing my hair longer than most trends have lasted. They’ve seen me through bangs, breakups, bold choices, and style phases—and somehow, my hair always comes out looking amazing. Rafael cuts like a sculptor with shears. Nancy colours like she’s mixing magic. Together? Total hair sorcery. People ask me all the time who does my hair. Easy: Rafael and Nancy at Xpression. And yes, I always refer. Had such a good experience here! I've been on the hunt for a new hair spot and found this gem through a MS raffle. My mom and I each one a gift certificate so I booked us appointments. From the time that we arrived to well after leaving we were impressed. We were offered drinks as soon as we got there and we were serviced almost right away. My mom is not comfortable getting her hair done, it had been 5 years since her last cut and she is really looking forward to her next haircut now. Spent $400 on my hair and did not get at all what I wanted. First photo was the reference photo and photos 2-4 are my hair after 1 wash…Salon was nice enough to offer me getting it redone for free but it came out even worse the second time (photos 5-7). I asked for a refund so I can get it redone elsewhere since I’ve been so unhappy and embarrassed about my hair, they said most they can offer me is a $100 gift card to their salon or a free service like a blow dry… What a joke and so unprofessional when my hair clearly looks ... read more
