Got my first gel-x after being convinced by the front desk. They were applied unevenly and does not lay flat! The technician even noticed and tried to fill the gap with additional gel. This plans is under new ownership. Pedicures are still the best but that’s it
Anna does the best, most detailed pedicures and she really takes her time getting everything. Katie is extremely gentle in her manicures and provides a relaxing experience.
Anna and Vu are amazing! The space is clean and great customer service.
I’ve been holding off on writing this review in the hope that things would improve, especially because there are some great nail technicians here, but my recent experience was extremely cold and disappointing. I called three hours in advance to book a 2 PM appointment for a no-chip manicure and five extensions. I arrived at 1:40, chose my color, and waited. Very welcoming atmosphere! The receptionists graciously explained the different service offerings and even assisted with finding the perfect nail polish colors. Ivy did a fantastic job with my nail art, I was very happy with the results and would gladly come back again! The new renovations also make the space very elegant and upscale
