I love the nails so much! However, as soon as I went into the store when I was unable to cancel my appointment they gave me a price that was totally different from what it said online. Online, I signed up to pay $38 dollars to do acyrlic, but when I went in the store, they suddenly told me to do gel-x (for a higher price, of course) they gave me the price and gave me a discount because I’m young, but it was still $95, thats $57 more than what I expected to pay. Great service. They always get you in and quality is great! Mylog is who I have been seeing and she is kind and friends and very detailed.

I've been here 4 times now, always with an appt. 2 out of 4 times they have run an hour late. That first time, I ran late the rest of the day. The 2nd time, I had only a 90 min window so I just soaked my feet and chatted with my friend (they started her pedicure after a 30 min wait). I had opted for the holiday special and didn't want a rushed appt when they eventually had someone available. The techs are good, the management/scheduling is not. 4 visits is enough for me. I'll look elsewhere.
