This building used to be great, with responsive management and well-maintained amenities. Unfortunately, since management changed, service has declined significantly. Concerns are often ignored or brushed off, and communication is vague at best. I am a resident of this building and would like to express my concerns regarding the current state of management. Unfortunately, there has been a lack of order and adherence to regulations for some time, which appears to stem from the inaction and lack of follow-up by certain members of the management team.
