If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I went to Xpress Urgent Care to have my son checked out, expecting a quick and simple visit, it was anything but that. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a complete nightmare. First, the staff told me they accepted my insurance, even though I didn’t have the physical card on me. Trenton and Lisa Took care of me very well, I came in with a piece of broken glass in my foot and they managed it with care and got me out of there really quickly
I honestly love it here! Every time I come here, I have a pleasant experience. From the front desk up to my visit with the medical assistants and the Providers, each experience has all been nothing short of professional and satisfactory. The facilities are always clean and sterile, down to the pens! If you care about your health and well being, please pay them a visit!
