Quick service. Good people. The nurse practitioner was such a sweetheart.
First time at this facility. Lorraine at the front desk and Jeanine were fantastic. Jeanine walked into the exam room with full knowledge of past diagnosis and medications prescribed when I was at the doctor's last. She listen and asked questions, was thorough and has excellent bedside manners. Definitely found the place I will visit when waiting to get an appointment from my primary physician to get treated is not something I can or am willing to do. You need treatment right away, this is the place to get it from.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I went to Xpress Urgent Care to have my son checked out, expecting a quick and simple visit, it was anything but that. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a complete nightmare. First, the staff told me they accepted my insurance, even though I didn’t have the physical card on me. I had the digital version through my insurance portal, which included all the necessary information, but before I could even send it over, they insisted that I sign in on the kiosk... read more
Trenton and Lisa Took care of me very well, I came in with a piece of broken glass in my foot and they managed it with care and got me out of there really quickly
