Came to the shop with slow tire leak needing patch at 430 when shop closed at 5. Front desk person was visibly annoyed because they were "closing soon" and told me that they "don't patch there" after barely looking at tire even though nail was fully on tread. I went down the street and had the spot fixed in 5 minutes with no hassle... saved me a lot of time, money, and annoyance. Will not be going back.
