The experience was fabulous. The place is perfectly well maintained and the guidance and hospitality offered by the host Joseph Colquitt, enhanced the overall service and made it even more enjoyable.

The ladies working at the xpres spa in concourse E are friendly and competent
I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure at this location, 3 days later my fingernails were peeling and the color literally rubbed off of my toes. What was once hot pink is now yellow/orange. I watched her take a product purchased from dollar tree and pour it into another container. I have gotten gel pedicures for 10 years and NEVER has it rubbed off or changed colors/faded. I sent an email to the location as well as to the corporate office and received no response at all.
I received spectacular service at their location in Delta Airlines Concourse C. My nail tech Diamond-Leigh Anne was a wonderful conversationalist and very accommodating, especially when my flight was departing early so she had a time crunch. Not to mention the amazing mani-pedi she created for me. I am so grateful for her expertise, especially since she’s still semi-new to the job. She definitely deserves a raise!
