I didn't get to try it so giving 1 star for availability. Went to 3 different concourses and although opening hours and website had manicure appointments starting at 630 AM, there was no staff. All I was offered was a massage chair for $30 for 15 min.

Exactly what I needed after basic training! I stopped by the Express Spa at Atlanta Airport right after finishing six months of basic training and military schooling. They were completely booked when I first arrived, but the incredibly helpful hostess (Tip) asked me to wait just 20 minutes. I used the time to visit the MLK exhibit and the interfaith chapel, then came back right on time. Just had the best experience at the terminal C Xpress Spa with Paris. Was in desperate need of a foot/calf massage and she was so so helpful and provided such a great massage! The massage chairs are such a great perk as well! Thank you Paris!
Horrible experience scheduling and being shuffled around the airport. Made an appointment for 2 people online and arrived to find one unavailable massage therapist. They called to another terminal and sent us to another location in the airport. When we arrived to the second location they said they were booked up. Total waste of time. Why have an online booking system that doesn’t work and unhelpful staff?
