Had a 15 minute massage in Concourse A…. I explained to Norvel that my neck was really bothering me. Omg, this was the best quick massage ever! He paid special attention to my neck and did a wonderful massage-thank you sooooo much! I will look specifically for him while traveling!!)))
The lady working at this location on Thursday, 17 July at 3pm was most unhelpful. Just kept telling me to come back in 20 mins. I stood by there for over an hour and she did not let me in…Would recommend going to a different location with better bedside manners.
Reesie (sorry if I butchered the spelling) in the terminal C location was excellent! She was working alone- performing the services and also greeting people up front- but she didn’t seem frazzled or rushed. She set me up in a complimentary massage chair until it was my turn for a pedicure. It was so comfy I fell asleep multiple times 😂 Note: they do not have actual pedicure chairs with soaking tubs. This was the best manicure and massage I've ever gotten. Wish this place was in Miami so I could be here every other week. Kayla (sorry if I'm misremembering her name—she had a beautiful neon pink bob) is a phenomenal nail tech. She went above and beyond to give me everything I asked for and even went out of her way to match a special pedi that I had done at another salon! I didn’t catch the manicurist’s name but she did an amazing job! It wasn’t very busy when I was there so they were able to get me in right away. Very clean and fast but detailed service. I had a 3 hour layover and she saved my nails 🙌 Corporate should hire a receptionist those poor workers were running around doing 3/4 jobs at a time.
