Spent over an hour and a half here with only 2 cars ahead of me, 1 in bay half done. Then when I finally get in my "low" stock subaru couldn't fit in. Apparently they couldnt shift their stuff to go lower??? Very inconvenient for an express lube. Made me go to bay 2 but moved everyone so I could go next. Still took an additional 15-20min! Then they fill my oil back up and walk away to help the other bay for another 15 minutes while I sat there! Couldn't finish the last checks to get me out the door.
