Arrived at this car wash at 4:46 today. At 4:50, I was advised I couldn't be helped because they needed to put everything away.
Rude! I arrived this morning, the technician 67513 approached my vehicle and asked what I needed. I stated smog and registration, he asked for my zip code. After the technician returned to the office, post smog test he asked if I needed anything else. I was charged for the smog test and the I asked about the registration, thinking it may be a separate transaction.
