1st time there and I got a oil change. It was in and out and the staff was perfessionals. You stay inside your vehicle while it's being serviced. Thanks for a great experience.
I always take my car here for oil changes and emission testing. The staff is always very friendly and will top off the oil and coolant for free if you're a customer. In addition, they can do the work while you wait.
How this place could get more than one star from anybody is a complete mystery to me. Off the top, it is a dingy, cruddy place, not clean or well kept at all. First impression: fail.Next, my husband, because our business is very near and the location is therefor convenient, had a habit of using them for oil changes, and also various repairs. i arrived there and ask how much for an oil change, the guy points at the advertising board then said it's $19, but stated $29.99 regularly but for that day it's $19. So i handed them the key, then when they rung up, another person at the register say it totaled to $35. I asked why, and she said, the $19 deal is only for wednesday and for ladies only. Bud's is an extremely honest and reputable shop. Labor rates are resonable, they do not make unnecessary reparis or recommend that you spend extra money. They really are about getting the job done right and doing the right thing.
I went to the Old Natioal Hwy and Godby Rd. Location to get my car serviced. Great customer service; I was surprised.
