BEWARE this is a “PROFIT over patients” organization. I’ve been using Xpress Family clinic in Whitehouse for years and they just moved in with and partnered with Tyler Internal. The girls at Xpress informed me yesterday that they didn’t bill my insurance for a previous visit and now it was too late to bill them and that I owed them $600 for said visit I said ok I’ll pay it Friday. Used to be a great place until merging in Tyler. Pricing went up significantly, have to set appts for everything. Can not get a live person on phone. Making it impossible to do business. So moving elsewhere.
Great service. After years of other Dr's just giving me pills they helped me lose the weight I needed to get my blood pressure under control. Lost 55 lbs and don't have to take medication for my blood pressure as often as I did.
Dr. Renata is an incredible provider. My health puts me in the path of a myriad of providers. Eighty percent of them are either undereducated; heavy on the narcissistic personality traits; completely burned/checked out; lacking passion for their profession; lacking critical problem solving skills; Or in the worst case scenario, all of the above.
