Service was not good. We waited more than 15 minutes for cups of water. Our food order came incorrectly with scrambled egg instead of fried egg or vice versa. We asked if we could substitute the home fries for an arepa. They brought me both so I told her and she still charged me for both. When I asked her about it once the bill came she said it was a misunderstanding, still charged us, and added her tip to the bill, as if we wouldn't have given her one. Well. A nice place to order food. But I was charged a seating fee of 10 percent of my bill of 30 dollars for 3 people. And I was suggested to leave extra tip...I asked to removed the tip from my bill. That I was going to leave the tip on cash. I was told no. so i dont understand, i was supposed to leave 10% plus 15%???? It is that normal? Because I've seen this when is more than 8 people, but for 3 people? next time I order to go.
