I brought my chrysler 300 to this shop guy kameron very good straight to the point guy knows his work one most honest mechanics ive ever met told me buy my own part because parts at shop would be to expensive gave me great deal did 100% good work very good place
What a horrible service, Carmen the owner is a very rude man. He doesn't know how to talk to people. Very arrogant and horrible service from the owner himself. Id recommend no one to go here. Waste of time
**UPDATE** I put the post below 4 years ago, and 4 years later, and I still don't trust my car with anyone else! From Dallas to Carrollton, I go where Carmen goes because his service is just that exceptional! I've been going to Carmen for years! I don't trust any other mechanic. And he's hilarious!!!
Bad car mechanic and bad pushy owner who just wants me to go away and maximize his earning. Said the problem is water pump, but turn out it's not after i left my car there to fix, and still charge me 80 usd. They didn't do shit for my car and waste my time and still have the gut to charge money for their wrong diagnosis They tell me a vague description of the problem (maybe cause they never figure out the real problem). Practically just told me its expensive to fix and just sell the car
