A real person in the office answers the phone and is very good. The service is fast and professional. The waiting area is clean and quiet. If you need a windshield replaced this is the place to go. Lower quote than competitors and top quality work.
From the initial phone call to the final installation we couldn’t be happier. Bree made this a breeze. They were professional, courteous and the entire experience was hassle free. Now I know why they have so many stars and a high rating. Good job! Thanks! Also, for anyone replacing their windshield wipers on their own car, be careful. That’s how TWO of our windshields cracked.
Jeff arrived at our home very promptly and had the whole windshield replaced in an hour! He was courteous and did a very neat job. They worked with our insurance and all we did was pay a small deductible. This company stands behind their work! They even replaced the windshield TWICE for a horrible customer even though they proved that the sunroof was leaking, not the windshield. Please ignore that 1 star review. These guys are great!!!
They ruined my new car.. for what should’ve been a simple windshield replacement, and they did a poor installation and ruined my dashboard. The very next day, I went back to show them, and instead of owning up to the damage, they gaslighted me and claimed it was already like that. This is a car I worked hard for, and they treated me and my property with complete disrespect. No accountability, no apology, just deflection. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your car and your peace of mind, I’d stay far away from this place.
