The ladies were lovely but sadly I did not get the design or color I asked for and I had two nails come off the day after getting them done after only a few hours in the pool one of the nails even ripped off my real finger nail

I only had a pedicure and the young man who did it had butterfly fingers. I upgraded my package to the $40 plan in hopes of a good scrub and massage and he was done within 20 minutes and the polish is chipping already **Update 6/16/25 I went back today and the staff was great!

I came in to get my gel nails removed, but unfortunately, the tech over-buffed my natural nails. They’ve been hurting ever since, they’re paper-thin and even the slightest touch stings. I understand removal takes some care, but this felt excessive and damaging. The process of removing them hurt so bad too, I was holding back tears. I’m now dealing with sore, weakened nails and wish more care had been taken. Also my first and last time going there
