If I could give this salon negative five stars, I would. Today’s visit was, without question, the worst nail service I’ve ever received. My regular nail technician wasn’t available, but because I had such a great experience during my first visit, I assumed another technician would provide the same quality of work. I was completely wrong. I went in for a dip manicure and the first thing the technician did was cut off all of the length I had spent months growing. If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone there multiple times for pedicures and usually everything is fine. The last time I went in I saw multiple tubs with the liners still in them and the tools that were used on my feet I had no idea where they had gotten them from. But now I have this horrible infection where my toenails are actually coming off. The only thing that has changed was coming here. I have always done my toes myself and never had any issue.
