I had a very poor experience with XPO Logistics related to undisclosed post-delivery charges on an LTL shipment. The shipment was quoted and booked as standard business-to-business delivery. During coordination, XPO’s dispatcher informed me of the truck type and delivery timing, but at no point did the dispatcher or driver disclose that additional charges would be applied for liftgate use, residential/limited access classification, or a so-called “delivery appointment.” After delivery, XPO applied substantial accessorial fee... read more
Been coming here for over 17 years actually probably about 19 years to see the Transportation Hub of the Bay Area prepare its Freight for delivery and for return to out of state. They drive 53 ft trailers as doubles and sometimes if they're on the way out of the state they'll pick up another trailer and drive triples. I respect the tractor trailer driving Fleet of XPO Logistics, they are top notched!
