If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My cabinets arrived broken from the poor handling. Additionally, the delivery driver refused to leave my cabinets inside the garage, as I asked him. How is a customer expected to move a 300 lb cabinet by herself? This is beyond ridiculous.
Awful customer service! We had ordered a shipment with liftgate delivery. The driver (Tatiana Cooper) called the morning of the delivery, and informed me that the pallets were too long to work with a lift gate, and that I had 10 MINUTES (laughing while she said that) to see if I could get help to unload, or she would cancel it off of her route. AND, if I wasn't able to, that I would need to go to the Lawrenceville hub to pick it up myself, and I should call them to find out pickup hours and whether I needed an appointment. I... read more
Horrible management, Horrible HR department. Would not recommend.
Horrible drivers and service. They need to be shut down by the government for robbing people.
