We had a water pipe break which flooded a couple of rooms on our first floor and a couple more rooms in the basement. Xpert Restoration was here within a few hours and took over. They removed the kitchen flooring, the baseboards and drilled holes in the walls and a basement ceiling and brought in enough fans, dehumidifiers and air cleaners to run a small country. They answered all of our questions and responded to evening phone calls and managed to keep us calm during a stressful time. They just did a great job.
Competent professionals and great at communicating with the customers! We enjoyed their services vey much!
We recently had a water line leak in our master bedroom / closet and laundry room. I called Xpert Restoration spoke with Anthony and he had John and Jeremiah out the same day to demo the laminate flooring and drywall then set up drying equipment and checked 2 other times to make sure it was thoroughly dry before removing drying equipment. All 3 of them were very responsive, friendly, polite, professional and caring of our personal items.
