It was an exceptional experience from the beginning. Allstate referred Xpert to me. The communication was and still is outstanding including the follow up. The flooding was stressful to say the least. However Xpert was methodical in every way. Richard and Jordan were as meticulous as I am. That is a lot in itself. Had a fire and they came on assignment hired by our insurance company. Took advantage of us, and did things we didn’t approve nor did insurance approve and sent us a bill for over $19,000. What a joke! Not only that but they unplugged our freezer while “cleaning” and never plugged it back in, left access ways open where our dogs chewed up some of our stuff, and unplugged our camera and never reset it back up or told us where it was.
