When I say normally never write stuff like this I really mean it. I went in for a simple bang trim. I wanted them to be kind of layered a little bit and for my bangs to be split in the middle. I thought the stylist was going to trim a little bit off so that if I wanted more to be cut off I can just ask for more trim. She did not to say the least. She completely chopped my bangs. Used to be ok. Never enough staff and super long wait times. Usually only 1 person in the afternoon and evenings. Go somewhere else. This place is a sinking ship if they keep running a business like this.
