i was absolutely botched by Supercuts in Redding and came here for help. the women who took me on made me look casual and confident when i had previously looked like i lost a fight with a toddler with a pair of safety scissors. definitely trust these folks with your hair!
While she was nice, she cut off 10 inches when I asked for 7 ( yes, I measured), she didn't completely comb though my hair before asking "this much" pulled to the side then cut off the chunk in one swipe.II thought she was double checking,not getting ready to chop off and entire uncombed pony tail"s worth. She didn't section the back of my hair before cutting any more, only the front, she did a blunt cut on the entire back section at one time and she didn't check her work at the end. Multiple times I have had issues with this business location. Close early because they can, can't perform a style and need a co-worker aid. They will stiff you. Do not recommend and save the non happy performance.
They close at 7pm, however, my husband came as a walk in at 5:15pm and the hairdresser decided to close down an hour early because he was the only one on duty. Also, there was no one else waiting.
