I arrived at 6:30 PM, saw your “Open until 7:00 PM” sign—and yet I was turned away because you’d supposedly already taken your last haircut for the day. Please clarify your actual hours so I can avoid this confusion in the future. Also there was no customers waiting place was empty.
Made an 11:00 appointment and still waited an hour. They kept taking people who did not have an appointment first.
Absolutely Shocked — We Will Not Be Back We’ve had both good and bad haircuts here before, but today’s experience was the last straw. The high turnover and constant new hires are one thing — but when those new hires clearly don’t care about their work, that’s another. Our stylist today, Sarah R., rushed through the haircut because they were busy. She didn’t blend the taper, shaved the sides unevenly, and even cut the top shorter than requested.
