Rear bumper for Subaru Sambar. Good quality product, terrible at customer service. Bumper was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. Instructions were vague, got a handful of pictures that did not help much. Identified missing hardware and assured it was on the way. Told replacements on the way twice, never arrived. Asked again for priority shipping with tracking; got USPS shipping label notice on a Thursday, USPS still waiting for package on Tuesday.
Ordered front and rear bumpers for my Sambar. Great quality, however the front bumper ( with bullbar and winch mount) sits very low to the ground , taking away from what little clearance the truck already had. I contacted XPERT , Chris responded and recommended a lift kit. This should have been made more transparent before ordering the product.
Incredible quality of parts and easy install. I would highly recommend.
Great company, bumper is super strong and looks real good. Will do further business with xpert accessories.
