Had michelle come knock on my door trying to sell a new roof. I told her it was only a few years old and she basically called me a liar and said "hell no it aint" and "I see shingles that are coming off" She disappeared before I could come back with the paperwork invoice from 2022. Being greedy and lying wont get you anywhere.
Xperience roofing replaced my roof a couple of years ago. It is recently leaking. It turned out that insurance paid replacement parts were not replaced. Multiple calls made to them, but no follow up.
