Nov 12, 2019, doors were locked, guy from the wellness section called a person and she came in. Told her I wanted to schedule 2 facials and 2 massages. She said they don’t do that, told her the website says they do. Needless to say I left and booked elsewear

My daughter and I had a phenomenal experience at Xperia. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the friendly text reminding us of her appointment, to arriving and being pleasantly welcome by the reception area, to a wonderful job Nancy did with hair color, cut, etc, to the end of our day, just simply wonderful in all aspects!! Highly recommend anyone to enjoy their spa adventure here!! �
Nancy did an amazing job with my hair! I wanted a trim with ombré done and she even curled it for me at the end! Along with that, the service was amazing; I even got served a mimosa! Truly a great hair experience! Thank you again so much! :)
