Very disappointing experience with this shop. They sent me the wrong appointment time, and when I arrived as per their message, they refused to see me and asked me to come back another day. There was no accountability or effort to accommodate me, even though the mistake was entirely on their end and the receptionist also tried to put the blame on me even though I had come on the time as per their message. It’s frustrating to have your time wasted like this, especially when you’ve planned your day around an appointment.
After so many years of experience with optical shops, this is finally THE ONE! Not only are the frames trendy (especially if you are looking for cute Asian-type of glasses), the price is reasonable and includes anti-glare lens. Additionally, the optometrist, Jing is very professional and I was so happy with her prescription for my glasses. She is thorough and knows what she is doing. Highly recommended.
